That Blu Mood From The Pagaent in St. Louis, MO (last vid post) is just wow, tearworthy.
For some reason it;s one of those songs that can easily bring tears to my eyes, it's just the song has such strong emotion and energy.
It Starts out with immediate Energy and beigins building into something you know is going to be special, large undertones of Jam and EDM. Then the breakdown happens when Phipps really hits the key notes righ on the switchover hitting such a sweet spot in the musical realm, and you can feel the energy turn into elation as the impending jam builds with such emotion and force that each breakthrough feels highly emotional and epic and somethign feels liek it;s being released, when all the building throughout the entire song and all that emotion kind of fades in one final descrscendo.
Blu Mood is one of my favorites.

I, too, am embracing the shards music. Definitely not my favorite, but it's usually fun and it's nice to have an expanding list of things to like to do.

i'd high five you guys too but it cost the price of admission plus travel... That' why I'm so critical.
I guess if i'm goign to risk Freedom and Spend money responsibly in terms of not feeding businesses I do not agree with, with the little money I do have, I have to make sure it counts.

and really infortunately at almost a universal level, Festivals have caught on to Rip0ffs with corporate schemes gettign involved in larger and larger ocnglomerates (classic consolidation), with all kidns of hidden costs, combined with getting treated like shit by the people who run the place, conflict of interest within similar interests.
i'm not sure what it was liek in 2000, but this aint even 2011 anymore.... At Grassroots, a local but great huge fest, it has gotten 25-40percent more expensive to attend in just like 7 years since 2009. Take camping into account, parking, day passes/festial passes, lack of allowance to brign certain things be it food, water, or whatever, and you end up with a place thats just a consumer paradise.

back to the subject though, i;vd seen Griz and Grizmatic... completely intolerable....
I;ve seen Beats Antique... i;ve tried them so many times, they seem to have these good moments and coudl beso much better, but for some reason at their shows they just totally lose me despite how hard they are trying, and I Love the concept of Beats Antique.
Every single other act I woudl be found way in the back smoking weed and drinking beer in a lawn chari, focusing on the angle of the sun.
