you seem to be more on the liberal side these days. If you were to vote in the election here who would you vote for?

My actual answer is "I don't care, I'll go with the flow"

I haven't made up my mind yet, but either turtles or shardz. I want to know more about their positions on the issues.

Yeah. It's a tough election this time around. to me there isn't anyone that seems to be a great choice. I mean, Hilary probably is the best suited for the job experience-wise.

If one were to base their decision solely on experience, yeah. When your (no one in specific) party's candidate has more experience, you tout that and point out the other guy's lack of experience as a reason people shouldn't vote for him. When it's the other party's candidate who has more experience you point out that there's more to the job than experience, or that it's their experience that got us all in the mess to begin with.
I like that no one here on the base is (openly at least) supporting Hillary, though that will probably change if she wins the nomination. It'll most likely be a hold your nose and pull the lever situation. If you live in a predominantly red or blue state why even bother?

well, I don't feel like a Republican even really has a chance. in a way i wish I was registered as a Democrat so I could vote in their primary.

You could change party affiliation to vote the primary if California has a closed primary and then switch back.

that might not be a bad option. I almost feel like the Dem primary is the real election. I just don;t see a Republican being able to lock in the votes to win.
really, I think Hilary already has this in the bag.

for me id rather not discuss it that much but sometimes i cant resist and will enter the fray.
its much easier for me to avoid if i have to choose to go over there
but what then everyone view of what should be in politics will vary

it's like separation of church and state. what did you think about the Pope speaking at Congress today? Did it cross that line?
