Get a crock pot Pete.
You can make a lot of really easy good stuff. Throw it on low in the morning and let it sit all day and boom it's there for you later

idk how I feel about ribs in a crockpot.
I got stew chili and pork down pretty good already. Have been specifically thinking about a lasagna. Pretty sure you dont have to precook the fucking noodles which is a huge time saver

You don't have to pre cook the noodles in a regular one in the oven either.

Crock pots are made for keeping things warm or cooking things low and slow in a braise like style. Chili, stew, soup, pot roast etc. All cool for a crock pot. Lasagna needs to bake. In a crock pot it would just be a big soupy mess. Besides, it's not hard to make lasagna in a pan. Just do it.

I like using egg roll wraps for my lasagna dough instead of traditional lasagna noodles. I also add pepperoni

I sautéed some onions and garlic until they started to caramelize, then threw in a box of baby spinach and let that break down until it was nice and dark green and soft.
Then I put that in a food processor with a bit of my cheese and a handful of basil, then blended them all together into a very flavorful base that I would put on the bottom of the layers that had veggies.
I thought it was a nice call.

I always use Trump hair pasta. It's like Angel hair except more 'angel-y'. Hope that helps.
