Beerfest is where you go and have a punch card and then get to try a ton of different beers. After trying everything, it all mixes and you everything is glorious

Yes this is a classic story. The passing out then waking up and calling his friend, no big deal just took a nap under the bleachers... I'll meet you at the bar.
I've been to about 5 or 6 beerfests/samplers and it's never ended well for me. I mean it was great but I'm hammered.
One time I ended up in a skatepark nearby borrowing a kids skateboard to try a few tricks. Glad I didn't break anything. I did fall.

Do you think the judge will limit his right to drink? Is this a drinking crime? Trespass? He bought his way in...
I hope it's all reduced to a disorderly conduct.
