Am going to try for 1 night of pretty lights for my birthday. Figuring Thursday is the best chance, price point considering. I hate how you don't know how much tix are until on sale... Got 2 for Thursday Sept 14. |

Hitting ReSet fest today, LCD Soundsystem headlining. Some other bands and dance stuff in the day, Big Freedia, Idles, and Jamie XX that I like. Should be fun, I've always heard great things about LCD shows including off this tour. Mostly hope folks I'm with don't go too big too early, hoping to go to Clermont Lounge or a Nola Funk show afterward but not if folks are sloppy. Party starts soon, happy saturday!

We got tickets to see Pixies and Modest Mouse with Cat Power. Pixies is lady's favorite band and I love Modest Mouse. It will my first time seeing all three acts.

Tedeschi Trucks at Wolf Trap about 10 mins from home in couple weeks. On a weekday so no negotiations with baby mama.
Then MMJ at Anthem end of July. Odd indoor show middle of Summer but I'm not complaining.
