What I want is a brewery where I can go for a nice fresh IPA and have a legal smoke while I enjoy it there. Pot is legal in DC, but it is not legal to smoke out in public, and all bars/restaurants are smoke free too. There are like a dozen breweries in DC, pot is legal in DC, but you can't smoke pot at any of the breweries. Somebody has to work this out dammit.

Yeah having a large grow in sight of a main road through a populated area is just begging to have your shit seized even if it is "legal"...

weed hasn't been a big deal for such a long time that I don't even really think about it. Although, when I was in North Carolina recently I had to remember that it is an issue in some places.
