Sounds like urban legend to me. (Boofing a bottle)
It started with a vodka tampon. I heard it's dangerous (skipping liver)
Just like any douche, putting a bunch of liquid up your ass it seems you will shoot it out pretty quick. I'd imagine it would feel like holding in bad diareah. With a spicy twist.

Some entrepreneurial minded Juggalo (or 'lette) should get a licensing agreement with the clowns to sell the cheapest ass (pun intended) booze they can source as ICP branded Boof Booze. Or just skip the whole formal licensing, print their own labels and slap 'em on the cheapest booze they can find.
