I know this is a "hip/modern thing" and dont listen to a one of them...i do want to figure how to make money doin this, could i be like part talk radio part music radio part sports talk radio and make some loot?

i don't really listen to podcasts.
i do like listening to the news on the radio on the drive home from work. good mix of local and nation news with some traffic reports.

They were really helpful on my long drive to MN. I downloaded like 24 hours of podcast...I would alternate between podcasts and music. The podcasts were much better at keeping me awake!

Often times I ask people wearing earbuds what they are rocking out to and too often the answer is "just listening to a podcast". I believe the podcast excuse is common because people feel embarrassed to admit the music they enjoy listening to. I'm like "bro I like Taylor Swift too, it's okay"

I used to like Comedy Death Ray before it became Comedy Bang Bang. Used to really like Yoda and Me. Thing was hilarious.

I've been listening to old Comedy Death Ray stuff. Bob Ducca and Don Dimello still pop up on the show. So good.

Andy Daly's characters and Bill Cosby Bukowski which now isn't far off were my favorites.

Andy Daly is one of my favorite comedians around . Don Dimello saying "just for daddy" always gets me.
Bill Cosby Bukowski is so good. There's video of Jon Daly performing in character for recording of the podcast.
PFT has done so much great stuff on CBB lately.

Also, one of my favorite comedy podcasts was Yoda and Me. It's pretty surreal but David Hornsby the dude who plays Cricket on Sunny voices Yoda. It's pretty nerdish but good. |
