Friend of mine puts thinly sliced pear around the edge of the exposed crust before sticking it in the oven, but keeps it off the saucy/cheesy part. So when you're done you have this bread and pears sweet desert. I let it slide since she kept it of the main part of the pizza and some consider the crust optional eating.
Down here I've seen fried egg on pizza. In Peru they served it with sides of liquidy mayo (or unidentified white sauce) and salsa. wtf?

I was once asked to pitch in on pizza by a friend and her daughter. I told them I'm not picky so whatever they want would be fine. They ordered a large cheese and pineapple with no sauce and breadsticks with pineapple and provolone. Turns out I am picky. I was polite and didn't ask for my money back.

i went to a friends to watch a hockey game, he says a got us a pizza. black olive and anchovy? which are the two worst toppings right after pineapple and broccoli . i ordered my own w pepperoni.

Buffalo sauce, chicken, bacon, and pineapple is a damn tasty pizza. I'm pretty intrigued by the feta pineapple combo on a pizza. I've had it on a pita with ham, and banana peppers. I bet that would be a good pie, too.

I've never had anchovies on a pizza, but I bet I'd love it. I used to think they looked and smelled disgusting. Anchovies taste good in a puttanesca, so I'm thinking it would be awesome.
