The Synchronicity sounds incredible. It is so clean and quiet. I would not have known about the purple vinyl if the guy hadn't shown me. Upon further research they are pressed on what is considered audiophile grade vinyl. It's damn near silent between tracks and I played it flat with the eq turned off and it didn't push the bass too much. So happy with that purchase.

Animals also sounds really good. I was a little concerned with the fact that it is 44 years old and has visual signs of wear, but the pops are pretty subtle and few. I also played it flat no eq and it sounds great. Probably actually needs more bass, but pushing it will likely distort the woofers. I'm going to spin it again later and do some experimenting. Also very happy with this purchase.

I didn't make it all the way through the Traffic first side. I could tolerate the pops and crakle, but it would get stuck and repeat. After the third time I just took it off and shelved it.

I've got like 7 or 8 Kiss records that I bought at a yard sale a long time ago. I've never even played them until tonight, as I've never listened to Kiss besides when they came on the radio. The vinyl all looks to be in decent condition, but they could use a cleaning. I'm listening to Rock and Roll Over and it actually sounds pretty good. Cheesy, but sounds good. Bwahahaha

I've had that sony since like 2002. It still plays cds and dvds well, but I just use it for cds.

There are several Bob Dylan albums in the lot from the yard sale. I've listened to a few, but never this one. It's in way better shape than the others and sounds great!  |

So i've been getting a few albums through Discogs lately and I ordered the latest Animal Collective album a little over a week ago. After not hearing from the seller in 5 days and having no tracking information I reached out to them and asked what was going on? The guy replied back a few hours later saying his Mom and wife were in Kyiv Ukraine and he had spent the last couple days doing everything in his power to get them out of there and the last few days especially he was having a lot of trouble. I replied back that I wasn't mad or anything, just wanted an update. Told him that I have family there to and that I from there and I hoped for the best possible outcome for him and his family. His next response was the tracking number which was nice, but at that point I couldn't care less whether he ships it out today or in another 5.

Oh man... discogs could become a problem. I bought Man Man - Rabbit Habits last night. I had one in my Amazon cart, but it sold. I'm glad it did because I paid half as much. I love this album and they pressed it on 2 LPs. It's still sealed and shipping from France. I wasn't going to mention it until I had it in my possession, but I'm pretty excited to hear it!
