I've been listening to Willie Nelson radio on Pandora a bunch lately. Yesterday in the car a David Allen Coe song came on and in the first verse dropped a hard N.
I knew he was a racist, but I'll be definitely thumbs downing all his songs going forward.

I'm not 100 percent on this but I think at some point he had a change of heart and renounced his past racist beliefs.

This song was on the jukebox at the bar I worked at in college. One night there was almost nobody there and someone put this on and it caused a huge ruckus. Luckily the two GM's of the place were huge black guys who happened to be there shooting pool and calmed the aggrieved party down. I guess someone thought that was fine in SW Virginia back in the early 90's. |

Report on the Florida/Georgia Line show from Saturday: It wasn't good. I drank 5 beers, the lady had fun, I didn't have to pay for the tix. In conclusion, 5/10 would do again if free and she wanted to go.
