Also..... Nobody really has to answer or reply to this I'm just curious if what I experience is normal.. So, since some point in my childhood till today, every day I would have at least 1 time of day where I would get really sad, like crying/super strong feelings or whatever.. but always isolated or in a way where nobody would ever know, and in fact it's something I've never told anyone, not sure what good would come of it... But I wonder if this is something other people have experienced or if there is something wrong with me, if it's not normal or whatever.... I think if I can pinpoint what started it... Some kind of relationship issues I might be able to do something about it, not really understanding why u feel a certain way won't provide insight... Anyway more tmi... my solution is to bombard yourself with positivity. even things you may think are corny.. the unconsciousness is affected.. synapses are formed. you basically need to rewire yourself a bit. if your intitial reaction is negative to even trying this, explore that,, trace it back to its source, face it head on. read some Echart Tolle,,, power of now or Byron Katie and a thousand names for joy. you have to expose your mind to concepts outside of your box. same old same old just reinforces the walls of your box. create joy.. its in you for sure. its important to stop caring for as much as you can in the physical.. its a trap. always love deeply, bring it everywhere perhaps do some research, get yourself into some clinical trials of Xtcy and mind rewiring, if they exist

Cry it out, go for a run, feel better. At least, that's how I handle my PMS.

Got a friend, native American kid. Got a buck knife he wears around his neck.
Says his great grandfather was logging and attacked by a black bear and he killed it with that knife.
I, of course, believe him
