February i'm starting "meat once a week", I want to get some more veggie recipes under my belt so this is good way for me to do that, I think Sundays will be my meat day.

So this is why i'm frustrated that there is a dece amount of vegan/vegetarian placed around but not many organic/suststainable...
I usually buy these awesome organic PB cups, and in the orgy section I saw a Vegan bucaneer bar... like a muskateer bar wit caramel.
I look at the ingredients on the bac of the vegn bar.... First 4 are corn syrup, organic corn syrup, can swugar, organic dried cane sugar... no joke. holy fuck.
The Orgqanic PB cups I buy have suger in the, but only 1 line ingrident... Organic dried cane sugar.
LEsson is always look for that stuff.... like the mistake of buying sweetened almond milk rather than unsweetened.

Nice, i'll look for that Treat  I just wish, Vegan/Vegetarian and ORganic went hand in hand more. There is a lot of overlap, but not enough. I know if my uncle started a restaurant we would murder the scene. |
