Sooo.. it's kind of buggy, but
Click the blue reply button to the right instead of just quick reply on the bottom and it will open up all the buttons to insert pics and vids and stuff
The soundcloud one is all the way to the right of that row, orange and black
Only works if you are on desktop version of the site.
