Normally be last call at the joint I frequent, glad to be home wrapping things up.
Swung by there, knew there was a newer band, heard it wasn't well received, saw no one filled in the lot, opened my door and heard them playing green day...
Closed my door and drove away. Green day has merit, but not enough to be covered by any respectable band, imo...

I guess I just knew what other covers tend to come with a set that includes a radio song from Dookie and the crowd that tends to interest.
I'm sure a blinkn182 song was coming next, then probably that kryptonite song, upon after hearing I may have walked outside and stepped out in front of a moving truck...

My friends band is playing at a local bar right down the street from my girlfriend's place and they are having a catered taco bar. Im pretty stoked despite the fact I haven't been feeling 100 percent.
