fuck cable.. fuck paying for 100 channels i wont watch. course since i dont watch sports its easy for me.
id consider cable if they offered ala carte channels. its not about not paying, i dont mind paying a fair amount for media.. its their marketing methods that suck. trying to extract every last dime from me for shit i dont even want.
i dont mind paying for Netflix. i feel thats a fair deal.

i saw Alice Cooper several years ago opening for Motely crue.. think we did phish the next 2 nights at Alpine.
i was never a giant fan but i really enjoyed the show.. i saw the Crue before in the 80's at the top of there game.

Alice was here about a week ago. I caught him a few years back opening up for Iron Maiden. It was an entertaining show. I will assume the same band is still behind him. Enjoy!

I like the Subaru crosstrek would like to get one one day but, I'm gonna drive my legacy for as long as possible though, would like to at least hit 200K, at 122k now.
I recently had a 2018 Forester as a loner and while it was pretty nice, I was disappointed with out flimsy it felt, my 09 Legacy has some weight too it, the doors feel solid, etc... the new forester felt like a tin can, unfortunately I think a lot of new cars are like that.
I want to take a cross trek for a test drive, see if it feels like that too. |

Cross Trek seems cool, but the straight impreza hatch is all the same except less trim, better gas mileage and shallower wheel wlls. The Crosstrek looks cool but aside from the wheel well depth it isnt more functional than the other one. In case ou cared.

Drove out to a friend's new place/farm yesterday with GimmeSomeDead (Not sure if he even post here anymore) but it ended up being his Jetta's last ride  Died in our friends driveway as soon as we pulled up after an hour drive into the sticks...The day before He put 300,000 miles on...made for an interesting Easter adventure. RIP EGG. |
