Wife has been talking more and more about kids. Im committed to cleaning my act up for kids. If we can keep making it through our weirdness and really make a point to produce a child, Im down. Im not jumping at it or anything though. Kind of wish it would just sort o happen if it is going to. Unfortunately I think we need fertility counseling because we havnt used any contraceptives for as long as I can remember. If for whatever reason we are unable to conceive, I really hope it isnt a sort of struggle for her. I wouldnt take it bad, but I can see it being a big disappointment for her. I am totally cool with adopting, too.

There is no way the wife and I would have ever calmed down without kids. It is just not how we are wired. Having children has been the only grounding experience I can think of.
We still try to enjoy life. Go to shows, festivals, camping, biking and such. Usually with the whole family. Having them around us being able to work from home has helped them become very well adjusted kids. Feels good to always hear how kind and respectful they are from other non wook adults (frequently with very poor behaved kids).
I love them a bunch! Best thing ever!

The furnace guy is on his way back over with a new board for my furnace. Hopefully that is all it needs and fires right up. It fired right up! |

The best news, though, about the water issue is that it did not get high enough to get to my stash of beers. I have about two cases of assorted bottles down there, now.
