I've mounted a bluetooth speaker on my bike. It really helps me to get into a groove and routine when riding.

I've never heard of those artists. Will check it.. I love my jog run thing. Has to be the woods though. Also, hae a hard time doing it sober, lol. I ned to work on that.
Sucks, Ive had a couple weeks out of routine. Hopefully next week I can do some 1 on, 1 off schedule. Tunes are a must as well. hmmmm, thread idea...
