I love you all dearly. I am very consumed with my self bull shit... mega stressed.. gotta fidn a way to be more zen....
I think i need to quit drugs alltogether... just the next progression in my life... man....
ive mad some huge changes but i want more change. ID still liek to be able to party and stuff i just dont wanna be dependent on anything...
well see how it goes... i gotta do more positive things each day.. particularly gettin physically active....... i miss skiing a lot

I'm glad I don have a dependence to cigarettes and I can smoke on and off whenever I want. Haven't had a cigg in probably a month but I'll be buying a carton of some European brand at the duty free shop on the way to Europe.

So ... god damn.... tired of hating things... not surte how to accomplish my zen but one thign is for sure... idle time and getting high does mot provide intense solace.... positive and physical activities are needed...

For the record... my smoking is limited to times when I've been drinking and isn't a daily thing either. I just find myself craving them sonetimes, now. I can stop, but I guess I don't really want to.right now.
I do hate the way my mouth tastes when I wake up. Gross.
