I guess Hawaii just got some nasty storms, and Kauai got rocked.... Dude most rain in over 100 years. My buddies been sending videos. Scary shit. The water falls are insane in the canyons and the rivers are wiping out bridges so people are stuck every where. |

I just saw some pictures, it's pretty wild...
House destroyed, cars washed away, and yeah, bridges collapsed.
Over 2 feet of rain in 24 hours...
Prayers and vibes for Kauai...hopefully my future home...

Upstairs bath is finally operational! Today I paid for materials for a 12 x 16 deck to be accessed from upstairs and its enabled me to retain a partial view of town.

Here's a fun story.
At my parents house my mom puts on the counter 2 $30 scratchers. Tells my Dad that they need to cash them, both tickets won $100. So on Sunday they take them to the store near their house (near is 7 miles away). The machine is down so they can't cash em.
My mom stops this morning at the store by work. Cashed in these 2 tickets. She decides to buy another $30 ticket. She calls me at like 7am. This bitch won $500 on that ticket.
She texts me this evening. She bought ANOTHER $30 ticket and won $50 more. I told her it was time to stop. $750.
