Looked at the cathedral I got last time I was there...it's 56 KG and cost me 350. Big Boi
So I guess that one was the best deal. Think overall there where more to be had that year. I remember that booth being set up directly next to a competitior with the same kinda stuff, so they were having a price slash war.
The one I got this time is 27 KG, but I really like variety in it. You can see the agate, which grew the amethyst, which had a nice calcite point grow on top of that. Very cool.

I guess for my next time I end up at a gem show, I should shoot for an opalized ammonite This photo got a big reaction on my facebook. It is super cool. Couldn't afford one this big, but half the size maybe. Way rarer than amethyst tho...

I don't usually put much stock in it, but there was an article I read this morning about what crystals to have for each zodiac sign. Moonstone was recommended for Cancer, and they're cool looking, so I bought one. Supposed to be calming...I could use that.

 My sweetass rocks finally came today..have them delivered to work bc no way they are sitting outside my place for hours...Probably the sweetest letter ever when I have received crystals...Holy heart chakra! They have been cleansed with palo santo and bathed by the light of the full moon brehs...! ahhhhhh yeahhhh |
