Ive seen the legislation, it will happen soon.
Albany just decriminalized it and there's a real need for cash. It's all around NY and the most logical choice is to make it happen.

I know over here they stipulated that the entire industry must be locally created seed to seal.
Thatโs a boon.

If someone can go to jail for possessing, growing or selling the plant it is not technically legal. It is regulated. Im all for testing to see if cannabis is safe. There are already codes as to what is safe as far as wiring and plumbing. I just refuse to accept it will ever be more legal for anyone. It is a plant. Like tomatoes and cucumbers. Nothing more.
Maybe they should spend energy over regulating the opiate crisis. Until then any weed law is mostly a typo.

Seeing it on paper and having it implemented to the masses does not make it happen sooner or not Lot more hoops to jump through and battles to fight And logic in most governments is not a strong suit....

Not this kind of money(this is where the old gaurd on both sides agree, dirty devil weed dollars aren't worth it ) Other wise this would already be here and it wouldn't have taken so long to allow non inDian casinos and Gamblin There's money to be made with it the way it is, but not as much as there once was Hoops and battles always goin on, I'm giving it atleast another 5 years. Which is sad , and is what it is

I think you're under estimating Cuomo's desire to get headlines.

I think you're misinformed, Mr. DPB.
I would guess that by 2020 at the latest it will be legal.
