Also. In most states anyone with any drug felony is not allowed to work in the cannabis industry. I hope Michigans microbusiness law is different. I cannot find any mention.
Which brings me to my next realization. I lurked on JB 1.0 for a few years before loging in. I answered an ad someone had posted and ended up parking cars at electric forest for a ticket. By the end of the weekend I had a felony possession charge. Well fuck. Lol. It is what it is.

i understand your position but how am i an ass? i dont know the intent of the lawmakers nor do you.. all i have is what do i have to deal with in reality.

as always everyone has a personal reference point which skew the conclusions, results, wants, desires ect for each of us relative to a specific event.
in this case the event is legalization.. clearly for those that grow and rely that industry for income its a very different situation then for a casual user whose concern is being ticketed and or arrested
and of secondary consideration where to secure when legal.
i myself would use people i know who grow over going to the store.
