You know how they banned Transfat in food why can't they ban High Fructose Corn Syrup in food? Because it's not bad for you? It bahaves like alcohol inside your body especially your liver. also I am allergic to it as are many people. |

The High fructose corn syrup manufacturers are the ones saying it is the same as sugar but caveating that with "in moderation" but the fact is it is really hard to go to the store and buy anything these days without HFCS in it, believe me I know, it seriously fucks with my liver and pancreas and gives me cramps so I have to avoid it at all costs.

I don't gived a shit about calories dan I know for a fact the shit is worse for your liver and pancreas than table sugar. it is as bad for your liver as alcohol.
