The beech mountain show was a different experience. It was at the ski lodge on top of the mountain which was neat on its own but just as moe. was playing, a thick fog engulfed the entire area and you couldn't even see the expressions on the band's faces at close distance. Also the moisture in the air + low temps made it really cold feeling. Still that was a great time.
The whole show was decent but the pit at the end was the sickness and the godzilla encore was the best godzilla EVER.

The interstellar overdrive tease thing was so cool. It was mixed in with tubing the river Styx in a way that it sounded like they were playing both songs at once for a moment.

moe. will headline three nights of music at the intimate 10 Mile Music Hall. Colo-Caribbean Newgrass band Coral Creek, and psychedelic-jazz/blues/funk with a touch of Latin-based reggae band, The Jauntee, will join the festivities on Friday and Saturday nights, respectively. Floodwood, Americana East Coast Newgrass, will perform a special outdoor set at the base of Copper Mountain on Saturday afternoon.
Copper Mountain will offer steeply discounted 2-day ski passes (March 21 & 22) for all 3-day snoe.down ticket holders. |
