I feel good, but could lose some elbows
It's crazy how just a slight adjustment in schedule fuggered up the whole routine
Hopefully once fully settled into new role be able to get back to keepin the routine on the reg
With that said
Today I grill burgers n hots, eat kick ass chips n drink good beers
The yard work tomorrow should equal today out

Jesus I almost got jimmy hendrix'd last night. I woke up choking on a small mouthful of puke I had to go to the bathroom and hack it out for like 5 minutes. Was sweating and light headed. Shit. Too many stouts and sweet potato fries. Careful bro  |

I lost 20 lbs! And I'm not stopping now either! I've got a good routine going Nice man!! I was presently surprised jumping on the scale today myself. 227. That's after I've been on keto vacation.. After 3 mcdoubles and a small fry yesterday at lunch. I started at 255 so 28 ponds lost... I don't plan on eating any more fast food for a while but I am incorporating new foods back into the diet... just eating more sensibly with lower portions and less frequencies. Eating the same stew shit ( meat and veggies ) was starting to get really boring.... and boring is not a good place for this alcoholics mind to be. Nice job on the 20lbs brother!! |

Checking into the hotel there was some dude buggin out in the lobby bathroom.
Don’t know if it’s a drug freak out, or a strong bout with psychosis or what.
He didn’t seem violent, but he did seem terrified.
Poor fella.
Lady at the front desk was very annoyed.

I dont know about no Spring cleaning yet, but I got some lil flers at the store and my Johnnie Jump-ups are jumping up.... The baby pansies not so much because the fucken squirrels keep tryna bury nuts in there...have to chase them off  Feel better about going places with one shot down and one to go...Guess you could still get the Vids but maybe less of a risk...idk |
