Alabama is getting ROCKED by tornadoes. Like one after another. Scary. Yeah, looks like I'll see some storms but I think we are just getting clipped by the bottom of that system where it is milder. May dad checked in with me a bit ago concerned about the weather. Birmingham is like a tornado magnet, wtf?! |

Storm is just about to hit. It sucks, the wind is at its worst around midnight when I try to go to bed. Im top level and am surrounded by giant trees with a lot of dead so Im always just hopeful a tree doesnt fall and crush me like it has both my and my building mate's cars in separate events. My roof has been damaged and taking on water in parts since sometime last fall (before too, actually, this time it had to be addressed). Still some tarp covering a hole in the roof, lol. Whatever, literally no one I know has remotely as low rent I have, by several hundreds of dollars, so I get what I pay for and I definitely have fun with the money I save.

My boss was telling me the other day about explaining to his kids (mid teens to maybe preteen) about how we used to have to call for the time.
I'm watching 90210 and the episode where Brenda finds the diary from the late 60s is on and "David" has to call the time because his clock got unplugged after the Simon and Garfunkel concert, or something like that.
How random is the number to call for the time to come up twice in a week?
