I have this weird feeling of unease...like I'm going to have a panic attack any minute. I think it has to do with the gray weather and some stress I've been dealing with. It's a crappy feeling to have, especially at work.

It's a crappy feeling to have, especially at work. Can you take a quick break and go for a brisk walk around your building or something. I feel like getting into that physical zone and upping your heart rate that way sort of resets that anxious build up and brain cycling. |

There was snow in my forecast for this morning. If it happened it had already melted by 7. I was definitely sweatshirt and hat weather.
