The lady who bought our old condo messaged me because they want to continue some of the flooring that we put down. In conversation she tells me that they have new management which is good because the old was awful. After hurricane Sally came through they had a leak in the master bedroom and their ceiling almost collapsed.
We had a leak in the same place after Hurricane Michael and all they did was come in and paint over the water spot.
She sent me a picture and the whole room is torn apart. We already knew we got out of there at the right time but now we know for sure.

Yeah, the dudes that put in the floors a while back accidentally let some concrete settle in the ptrap so they replaced it and I think just were not great at plumbing repairs. Hopefully its just a seal or pipe section that needs replaced/reinforced. |

Does anyone have experience with doggie CBD? We have given our dog regular CBD after surgeries. She sleeps. I cant see a reason not to if they are hurting. |
