I'm a bit out of sorts lately. I've been angry a lot, no focus or real drive to do anything good to fix it. I have the tools around, just need to gather them up and use them.
I was having an awesome bike ride and then lost my shit on some girl for passing me on double lines right in front of intersection. It was a dick move but nothing worth yelling about and putting myself in danger. I hate that shit.

I've been like that for a while. There has been a few times in recent months that I've just unloaded on strangers. A couple times at the bar. It's a wonder I haven't gotten my ass beat. Zero filter and a hair trigger. I haven't had a drink in 6 days. It's a start. Hang in there, brother.

This last weekend was helpful. Really got away from some of the heavy stuff that seems to hang around. It's still here on the day to day, but this weekend was nice.
Hope everyone is doing their best to see it through, its worth it. All of it.

My k connect moved 2 hours away a few months ago. Kinda sucks but it has probably been a good thing. Learning some patience and willpower. As well as getting an occasional road trip. Who would have thought that someone else moving would be the key to my being more productive.

 My buddies grandma made me an afghan thats bruins colors, I’m not sure why but it feels good to have my own blanket. It’s cheesy but she is 90 something so I love it 😄 |

Not great today. Not sure why.
I really miss smoking cigarettes for some reason. I know they'll kill me. That's why I stopped. But man apparently they certainly helped me fucking cope.

It has been several years now and I still occasionally have this would be a great time for a smoke feeling. It's rare enough it surprises me. Luckily the part of me that says no way am I wasting my money or trying to quit that again is stronger.
