Had my slow draft this weekend and it finished faster than we've ever done it before. Only took about 2 days. Each guy gets an hour to pick and it pauses between 9pm and 8 am each day. Decent team but I ended up with a 45 year old QB.

I changed around the point systems a little. If a kick misses an easy kick they will lose points. also,
QBs:
300 yards: 1 point
350: 2 points
400: 3 points
RBs
100 yards rushing: 1 point
150: 2 point
200: 3 point
WRs:
100 yards receiving: 1 point
150: 2 point
200: 3 point
Qbs will also get .3 for throwing a first down
RBs will get .5 for a rushing first down
WRs will get .5 for a receiving first down

Not a fan of getting points for first downs. Seems pretty arbitrary. Don't care, just not a fan.

It's not a lot of points and I felt it would add to the competition. Will try it out this year and if it's not liked i will scrap it

yes It's all based on receiving first or rushing firsts or yards.
