Yes but that was like 15 years ago in Kyrie time.

Unless the Mavs plan to lock him up it seems pretty obvious he wants to play in LA and will walk.

Yes but that was like 15 years ago in Kyrie time. was that before or after the earth was flat?

Love him or hate him, it's insane what he's doing on the court at his age. I'm glad he broke the record.

I hated him when he did the whole "Decision" thing. But i gained respect for him when he went back to Cleveland. Jordan is the GOAT but Lebron is right there. It's actually kind of crazy how much hate Lebron gets when you think about it. His Ego became public enemy #1 to some. If you think about it, he's a family man, an all around good human being and has never been involved in some big scandal. You never hear about him doing drugs or partying or anything like that. Just seems crazy how much he gets shit on when he's an all around good person. Idk, i'm happy for Lebron. It's very possible we will never see anyone, in our time, pass his scoring title. Luka? maybe but Lebron will still play at least a couple more years and if he continues at a high level who knows how long he plays. ball is life

yeah it is crazy that people online still seethe with hate for lebron. i just assume he always beat their teams or some shit, because as gerg said there really no reason to "hate" the guy. the numbers he's putting up at age 38 are ridiculous, and makes you wonder how many more years he can keep playing. MJ or Lebron take your pick, they are both GOATs and they both played the game differently, so its impossible to compare. i don't even like when people compare numbers one to the other, because its a totally different era now compared to the 80s/90s. still salty he never competed in the dunk competition though, everyone wanted to see it when he was young.

Agreed. I hated LeBron back in the day but mostly because he single handedly eliminated the pistons from the playoffs a couple times. Hats off to the guy, many though Kareems scoring record was untouchable.

Got no hate for him , always thought the decision was some bullshit but he lost that year got his comeuppance , also the super team bestfriend nonsense that has since plagued the league from all of that
I'm still gonna say Jordan is probably better than him on the whole, but what he is doing and has done is simply remarkable
Also loved how he came back to Cleveland and won them a 'ship

I've always had a good time with Lebron's legendary in-game whining but I have nothing but respect for his game. Dude is almost unstoppable

The whining criticism is legit but that’s really about the only negative in my book. Dudes been in the World’s spotlight since he was 16 and people’s biggest complaint is “the decision”? That seems unbelievable.

Congrats to Bron. He has accomplished a lot in his career. It’s hard to imagine what he might have done if he possessed that cutthroat Jordan/Kobe like attitude towards competition. Like you guys said, he is a good guy.

Hopefully this trade convinces some team they need to ship three firsts to the Wizards for Kuzma.

lets not forget about the other trade yesterday, the wolves sending DLo to the lakers in a 3 team deal. essentially the wolves were just trading because they weren't going to re-sign DLo to a max contract this offseason. got Conley and some scrubs and 2nd rounders. better than getting nothing for him and he walks in FA.
also i find it funny that 4 of the top 6 rotation guys on the lakers are from the wolves last season...while the wolves new GM is trying to turn them into the jazz from 3 years ago or somethin...
