I had a Evel toy that you pulled a plastic strip through and the motorcycle took off across the floor. I loved that thing I had that too and it came w barrels to jump over? I don't remember the barrels. I just did some looking around and only found pictures of the stunt cycle have a crank on the side, not a pull strip. Did I remember this wrong?

Not sure if I had that one, but I know I had something with that crank launcher.
The SSP cars were some of my favorites as well. They moved and could inflict some damage when you wanted to. Those ripcords alone were like whips with plastic teeth. Citgo stations used to give them out for free with a fill up.
Didn't know it at the time but they even had a Southern redneck version.

Did I remember this wrong? I remember having something similar, but also with a pull strip. It was an old hand me down at my grandparents house.

One of my friends had that. It had both a pull zipper thing, and that red crank, which I think you could spin like crazy then hit a release button and….. away he’d go.
We created all sorts of crazy jumps and ramps for him.

Only his hands were attached to handlebars so he’d flip all around then back down again if you did it perfectly right.

Tumbles and contorts just like the doll action figure version of himself.

He did, Bus. I remember thinking he might have been innocent of that murder when that first went down, self defense or whatever. After watching that doc, not so much.

I would like to watch that. The kid both has his heart in the right place and is also homicidal

Definitely watch it and post back your thoughts on it. It is an easy/engaging watch.
