We beat Vietnam 3-0. I couldn’t watch the game while camping, but Sophia Smith got 2 goals in the first half.

Halftime, Philippines up 1-0. The All Blacks have controlled the ball but the Philippine team hung in there, got a nice cross to header and lead at the half. It was one of their few offensive opportunities and they capitalized. Defensively they are on their heels a lot and just looking to clear the ball out, no looks to the midfield or clearing to the forwards, just booting the ball into the cheap seats.
Not time for NZ to panic…. But need to connect on some of these opportunities.

When ESPN doesn't have the rights to the event, it's like it's not even happening. I can't remember having to search out the WWC games like this before. Barely even mentioned on ESPN or it's website unless the US are playing. Go Philippines!
