It's an old word and not used very Very often in public. I've used the word mongoloid for years and literally never once was it in the context of being "slow" We would call people who were large and resembled Mongolians during the Ghengis Khan era. It basically described big guys who could snap you in half ^ comment has this v energy

Decades ago it was definitely derogatory and went along with "idiot." Good thing we have Venk here to gatekeep for us We used it to describe a friend's roommate when were like 19 who was a big guy but he certainly wasn't dumb. Never really used the word since and didn't plan on it but we were young and dumb and didn't know better
