In those twenty years I was busted for cooking dope. then on the run for 13 years with my wife whos family is worth 400 million bucks (seriously, Church's family is worth 400+ million bucks and she is one of only 2 granddaughters on the grandmas side. Her mom has two kids and the sister has none.)

Speaking only for myself, of all of those insults the only one that would really cut deep for me is being called "bourgeois." Others might not care, or even fully understand the insult, but in my line of thinking calling someone bourgeois is one of the harshest insults and a million times worse than being called an asshole, a dick, or told to suck a bag of dicks.
But that's just like, you know, uh, my opinion, man. ymmw.
