Nba is hard to understand sometimes and it really makes you think about sponsors and revenue.
Maybe it is just 1 team trying harder than the other. But this mavs team doesn't seem like the first team to come back from 3-0

also, those finals were boring af.
firmly convinced that the nuggets, thunder or even wolves would have gave the celtics a better series. mavs caught lightning in a bottle with how insane their role players were playing against the thunder and wolves. and then those very same role players came back down to earth in the finals. credit to the C's, as i mentioned before they were the best team all year and these playoffs were just their coronation.

I do think the Nugs and Wolves would have been harder outs, but I genuinely don’t think anybody was stopping this team this year. Glad to see them go wire to wire on the season and get the payoff they worked so hard for.
