So, we decided to do our family spring break trip this year to Southern California. We're doing a few days in L.A. & a few days in San Diego. So far we've got- Universal Studios, Labrea Tar Pits, The Getty, and the Hollywood sign on our to-do list for L.A. (plus a beach day) Then for San Diego- the San Diego Zoo, Mission Beach & their Air and Space Museum. Any other suggestions? This is actually my first time to Southern Cali. we stomp San Diego more than LA and Balboa Park is one of the dopest city parks I’d say it rivals Central Park and Golden Gate Park and plenty of museums there and the Japanese Friendship Garden is cool and the SD Zoo is inside Balboa Park and definetly legit ass zoo. Birch Aquarium is a fat ass mansion with fish tanks overlooking the ocean and a great cheaper alternative to Sea World. Some amazing beaches in San Diego too but Coronado Beach is loud as fuck on weekdays cuz of the military might flexing its loud planes and choppers all day long. A harbor cruise is nice and touristy and they converted USS Midway into a museum and the other ships and a sub you can walk down into that’s always fun. |

Driving over Coronado Bridge is a trip because it keeps going up and you feel like you’re gonna roll down backwards if you don’t step on the gas enough. You don’t get that perspective in Anchorman when Ron Burgundy throws his burrito at the biker Jack Black.

Coronado Bridge is still very attractive destination for suicides. Speaking of which did you guys see the steel net installed under Golden Gate Bridge? They finally did something to try and prevent all the suicides. I think Golden Gate Bridge has been the number one suicide destination spot in the country.

I'm just looking at the members section and it says last logged in 2015. I have definitely seen a few likes from him, but I assumed that was Ben or Wally or whoever has admin privileges. pretty sure those are dates registered |
