5 k is barely over 3 miles. That's well under an hour of running.

Used to average around 8 minutes and I'm sure I could have tried harder. Kinda curious how I would do. I can peddle for 5 hours at a decent pace so I'd think 3k in a half hour should not be to much to ask. |
