I'm technically allowed to do whatever I want. But the wife keeps track of how much joy I experience and definitely makes it known if she feels our ratio is off. Mostly works out ok. Except I only choose to do fun stuff because it is awesome. And she tries to pick fun stuff because she feels it her turn and frequently ends up doing something lame. Which is funny. Because I genuinely do not care how much fun she has. As long as I still have some.

My husband and I pass the kid like a torch in a relay. He plays golf & I take the kid biking. I go see shows and they go play golf. Everyone has fun & time for their hobbies. Luckily our kid is still down to golf, bike, or whatever so far.
