Sorry for your loss hokie... Does anyone else get nauseous a bunch when it's super hot out? I've been dealing with nausea on and off since last week... This morning when I woke up I was feeling really shitty and had to stop myself from throwing up in the shower and then puked while brushing my teeth (didn't gag on the tooth brush like I do sometimes) Legs thinks I need to make an appointment and that something isn't right... After all these years of you getting Legs pregnant she returned the favor!! #mazeltoferdling23

I did a little googling and it sounds like the heat can change your gut biome because your body prioritizes maintaining a safe body heat... I dunno. I'm scheduled to see my doctor tomorrow afternoon anyway so I'm going to bring it up then Flying one time through super bad turbulence, pilot came on and warned us, turning down/off the heat, gonna get cold, but it's gonna keep all of you from throwing up That shit always stuck with me, and it is 100% true. Now turn and cough. No. But I did stay at a Holidaze Inn last night

Seeing the owls is becoming very common but not getting old. One of them was trying to catch a mole like 20 feet away while I was on the phone with my parents.

All good. The warning expired and the tornado that was bearing down on us must have dissipated

We had tornadic weather come through yesterday evening. Was exciting to watch a tornado trying to form. Nature is a beast.

That's part of what makes it cool...
And, of course, weather creates tragedy and no one wants that... Just saying I'm in awe of what mother nature is capable of
