Taste of Chicago announced their lineup and it sucks.
I haven’t been in over ten years but I saw Santana and Steve Winwood for free so that was cool. Now the only name I recognize is Cee Lo Green.

I just bought a new, to me, ride. 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited with 82k miles. An elderly couple owned it, so it's pretty clean. It's not what I had initially started looking at, but this one has the v6, water cooled transmission and factory hitch etc. Moon roof and leather were not what I was after, but the price was hard to beat. Especially compared to the brand new ones I had intended on at first. I love it. I might even put a sticker or two on it.

Fuck yeah, higs! That's the way to do it.
My car is starting to not even feel right after I do repairs so we are pushing harder for this used prius with lower miles we may get for a couple K lower than the kbb resell that has been sort of offered up but not followed through with by the owners. Buying a car right now is kind of a nightmare whenever I look into it. I just need something different and if we get that I could wait a while and resell it or use as trade for no loss.

Always tough to confront these things. It's a good opportunity for grounding and reasserting gratitude.
Reminds me, I think next week is 1 year since the passing of one of my best friends/brother. He and his brother are the only 2 people I keep touch with from when we were kids. I'll have to hang with his brother in the next couple weeks, been meaning to.

Landlord finally wrote me back this morning. Not selling till Spring. Whew. That's when I planned on moving anyway.
