When I was in Maine, my buddy warned me to check the dates before I bought anything. We stopped at this little deli/takeout place and I grabbed a 4 pack and almost forgot to check, it was over a year old.

D*** kids, they all came home unloaded. On my camping gear left me with a mass and then all left. I didn't even get a chance to feed Them.
The joys of having teenagers.
But my son had school work to do and the rest of them want to go home. I don't think they had a good trip like they were leading on.

Yeah, well, only My son is actually used to camping. The other 2 are not really the outdoors type.
On another note, my mom gave Me a air fryer.
Pretty Happy about that.

If all else fails, switch workouts and wait it out- if it's an injury, it will eventually be better with RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) & Advil.

Though sometimes the doc will give you a muscle relaxer, which can be miraculous

Hope you get some relief for the leg pain. I'm not one that's good about making doctor appointments (just scheduled my 1st appointment in Nov since 2020 or something, whoops), but I imagine the best course of action to relieve some of the anxiety and potentially relieve the leg pain is to make a doctors appointment ASAP. Even though it's what I would do, I don't recommend allowing the anxiety and apprehension trap you into dealing with the pain and anxiousness for longer than necessary. Good luck.
