Almost done with this. Pretty good.. wouldda been as good as straight fiction and not historical fiction. Not sure why he needed the Lincoln fluffing subtext Edit: I understand why, I just found it unnecessary

went back to The Book: On the Taboo Against Knowing Who You Are by Alan Watts.. needed something like that. im not going to die cause i was never alive--i just forget who/what i am--- i just love that concept
also chugging along on this A Grand Unified Conspiracy Theory: The Illuminati, Ancient Aliens, and Pop Culture---by Isaac Weishaupt
some interesting concepts and angles on material im already familiar with and i think he presents them well

Weishaupt? its more a compilation of various players in the scene.. he compares and contrasts and occasionally points stuff out that hadnt really occurred to me.. he is covering David Ike alot, least in the beginning. seems his goal is to present a more rational presentation

Finished book on shamanism...damn good.
Plowed through 'The Body' by King...was the movie 'Stand By Me'...his shit is always so much better in book...A story in that story had me literally laughing out loud for a couple pages...Lard Ass Hogan...oh shit...I love his mind....will continue to finish 'Different Seasons'...hadn't read this one.

Started reading a pretty interesting book about Sony's big failure with their movie division. They put Jon Peters in charge of it and gave him a ton of money. He was a seventh grade drop who got into the industry by being Barbra Streisand's haircutter.
