Saw Chappie last night. Yeah, that was pretty bad.
Very average, strange AI movie.

Watched Great balls of Fire on Saturday. Wynonna Ryder and Dennis Quaid. Thought it was OK.

Saw Chappie last night. Yeah, that was pretty bad. Very average, strange AI movie. I liked Chappie. Now I feel like watching it again, haven't seen it since it first came out.

After seeing Ex-Machina recently I thought Chappie was very weak in comparison. Ex-Machina set the bar high for AI movies. Just my opinion of course...

Chappie did have its moments though, and the crazy Aussie characters were pretty comical/interesting at times. Plus chappie is a likable bot...but I don't think I would go out of my way to see it again..

I recommend watching the movie Wild with Reece Witherspoon, I found it be a great movie. It inspires me to do what she did in the movie and in real life as it's a true story.

Saw Jupiter Ascending at a friend's place. Not too good. We wound up playing cards with on in the background, though my friends wife was more into it than we were. She said she likes campy movies.

I'm a huge District 9 fan, so Chappie was quite enjoyable for me.
Veteran's Day viewing: Letters From Iwo Jima. GREAT movie imo.

watched san andreas last night. pretty cool special effects on some scenes, but really that was about it. besides that, not much of a plot line and the rock isn't that great of an actor. 1.5 outta 5 stars.

Watched the Lego Movie last night. Thought is was funny as hell. Great movie. I thought that movie was done so well. It was funny and clever. I just read they are doing a Batman Lego movie next. Will Arnet signed on already. He was my favorite part of the first one, so it should be hilarious.
