definitely
everytime i see a 3d movie i gotta take the glasses off for like 5 minute intervals bc it just kinda hurts
i dont really like imax much either. the screen is huge and you sit way too close to it (at least at the one close to me). and plus the line is always long so either get there late and dont wait and be high and get a shitty seat. OR get there super early and watch it without being stoned. F that
like you gotta move your head to watch the whole screen

3-D can be alright if done well. When it's there just because they want to use the effect it's pointless and annoying, but when used sparingly and only when it truly adds something it's kind of cool. If it's not done right, it is annoying.
pro-tip for rage: Long lasting edibles or tincture. You can even use them in theatre. A dropper full in your Coke after you've already blazed adds a little taste and you're good for the whole movie and beyond.
