So landlord of old apartment texts me, says where's the rent? Late fee blah blah. Three times I mailed my rent on the 5th, every time some complaint about it. Have you ever gotten it after the 6th or had it bounce? I never paid any of the late fee. I already know you're keeping the deposit. I haven't even told them I'm leaving.
