Since I couldn't goo to Maine for snowboarding, I'm thinking about going for Umphrey's in June. One night of concert partying is way cheaper than a week of snowboarding so I'm hopeful I can make it happen.

The show is in Portland. The current plan is to meet up with my buddy who lives 2 hours away and stay with one of his friends in town. Probably go up to his place in Kingfield for a couple days before or after the show. I'd like to maybe tie in a 2 day backpacking trip if the weather is good.

That sounds like fun. I didn't make the connection that you were still planning Maine... Should be a good trip!
I haven't been to Maine yet... Gotta get there. Want to do a moose hunt there someday.

Bout to try and add Mule at the Ryman to the list. What, so they can just reschedule 3 times? My gf has had a ticket to see them for like 3 years and just keeps rescheduling. She had primo seat and drove to Philadelphia, checked into her hotel. RESCHEDULED. |

Theyve had some really bad luck with certain venues/shows. Ive never had a Warren/Mule show canceled or rescheduled on me, lol.

A lot of folks were pissed and felt the same way this most recent time. Ive had Sturgill cancel on me twice but different shows. Still havnt seen him (other than a few songs at the Willie celebration). Really wanted to see the rock show, that wont happen again. Then the bluegrass show at Ryman, that will never happen again either. Oh well, I suppose. At least I dont have money wrapped up in it.
