No. It's bullshit. Only feature I miss. Fortunately my lil Acer 2in1 has a 'pg up' button.

When I scroll down the page forward buttons stay stuck at the top like a tool bar so it never become unavailable

If you are on the mobile version of the site there is a "top" botton and a "back" button on the bottom of the thread.
Not the app but just the mobile version of the website

I'm mostly on the app on my phone or iPad, so it's not an issue. If only the GIF's worked like they did on the site, the app would be perfect.
