This is a thread for talking about documentaries.
Anyone seen any good ones lately?
I just download "Jeff" also titled "the Jeffery Dahmer files." Pretty excited to watch it.

Saw newest Zappa documentary, Eat That Question.
It was basically a big complied selection of archived interviews, no narrator. Just him and a various reporters getting sown together for one very big interview with some concert footage thrown in here or there.
He was a very articulate fellow.

I watched a documentary about a guy that got hammered drunk and walked out in front of a car. The documentary mostly goes into the aftermath and touches on internet bullying. It was powerful.

Ok, so besides the George Harrison and Rolling Stones doc, here are some great ones on HBO:
There's Something Wrong With Aunt Diane.
Hitchcock/Truffaut - Venkman, you need to see this.
Becoming Mike Nichols
It's All Copy - Nora Ephron
Heroin on The Cape
The Jinx
Going Clear - Scientology Doc
Borg Vs McEnroe
Bobby Fischer Against The World
All of these are great.

Also, Pete is a Libyan terrorist that got ripped off on a plutonium deal back in the 80s. Extra personal.

Going Clear was fantastic, as was What's Wrong With Aunt Diane?. I watched that one on youtube.
There's a documentary coming out soon about the still uncaught serial killer in Long Island that could be interesting.
I do need to see Hitchcock/Truffaut

Sorry. I went on a little spree there. I'm done now. You should re-use this apology when Legs has number four...

It's like that for a lot of coastal east coast towns. Cape May/Wildwood New Jersey basically shuts down until like June 1 and Atlantic City is totally different in the winter/fall.
Lake George is trying to make that place a year round destination but nobody wants to be near a lake in the winter.
